Bill transitioned from casual art to fine art by MIG welding stainless steel, copper, brass and other natural materials to form unique one of a kind art forms. Bill’s first dragon “Zanthony”, a stainless steel, copper, brass was completed in 2006. Each piece has attitude and a personality of its own.Mang has been the featured artist at many events.
